What Superbuy charges on top of the item price

Like every China shopping agent, Superbuy bills you twice: once when you order the items, and again when the parcel ships from its warehouse. Fees hide in both payments:

• Items and shipping inside China: the Seller's price plus delivery to the Superbuy warehouse, paid at order time.
• International shipping: the line you pick when the parcel ships. It is billed by weight, or by volumetric weight for big, light boxes (see below).
• Per-parcel fees: customs declaration fee of ¥8 (source: Superbuy's fee page: generally ¥8 per parcel).
• Payment fees: charged on both payments when you pay by card or PayPal (table below).
• Exchange rate: repmatic assumes Superbuy's top-up rate is about 4.8% worse than the market rate when it converts prices.
• Extra services: extra QC photos, reinforced boxes, bubble wrap or removing shoe boxes are priced per order on Superbuy's site and aren't included in the figures on this page.

Payment fees (per payment)

Because you pay twice, a card or PayPal fee is charged twice. If you top up the Superbuy balance once and pay both parts from it, you pay the top-up cost once instead of a checkout fee on each payment.

How to calculate volumetric weight with Superbuy

Shipping lines bill the higher of the real weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is the box volume divided by a divisor the line sets, usually 5000 or 6000:

volumetric weight (kg) = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5000 or 6000

A typical shoebox of 36 × 24 × 14 cm is 12,096 cm³. That is 2.02 kg at ÷6000 and 2.42 kg at ÷5000, while the shoes themselves weigh about 1 kg.

What Superbuy actually billed: the pair in its box (1.5 kg real weight) was billed as 1.51 kg and cost €22.64 to Poland; without the box (1.1 kg) it cost €17.90. The box added €4.74.

How these prices were checked

repmatic asked each agent's own shipping calculator on 29 September 2026. Prices are for a parcel paid from the agent's balance, so they include the agent's per-parcel fees (like a customs declaration fee) but not card or PayPal fees. Lines that take longer than 30 days are listed separately, because the cheapest line is often a sea or rail line that takes months.

Agents change prices and lines every few weeks, and the warehouse weighs your real parcel, so treat these as estimates. When an agent shows no price, its calculator didn't return one for this parcel when we checked; it doesn't mean the agent can't ship there.
